Digital Magazine Subscription
Subscribing to Trackside Model Railroading digital magazine is by the calendar year (January-December). Once you subscribe, you'll have access to the already-completed magazines for the year and they'll be available in the "My Magazine Downloads" area once you log in. With TMR, your downloads never expire. It's not a limited-time access that you are subscribing to, but rather a subscription to each of the yearly issues that you can keep forever. (This makes it handy if you change your computer out for a new one in the future, as you do not lose your download option. You will just need to log in and download them again.)
The subscription to the digital magazine is just $19.99 for one year (12 issues) or $1.66 per issue for subscribers. When getting a 5-year subscription, you'll get a further discount.

A link to download the magazine is emailed to subscribers on the first of each month. You can download it to your desktop computer, smartphone, or tablet. It is in the form of a PDF. The videos are hosted online as well as options to download them for offline playing, and you just have to click on a link in the PDF to launch them (as long as you have an internet connection). We recommend getting Adobe's free Acrobat Reader to read the magazine with.
Our minimal subscription price for the Premium Edition helps to keep the magazine free from overwhelming advertisements that we feel would reduce the overall feel and quality of our publication.
