Canyon Creek Timber Railway in HO Scale

You'll enjoy Pete Vassler's HO scale Canyon Creek Timber Railway, a beautiful, freelanced logging railroad based in southwestern Washington State. We share an article about the layout with lots of details on how he built his scenery, how he operates, and some tips from Pete's perspective. The Making of the Canyon Café
Rather than a project this month, we share a behind-the-scenes look at Pete's process as he built the Canyon Café on the CCTRwy. This article is an extension to the layout tour and includes some in-progress photos from when Pete was hard at work on this unique structure. He used several kits as well as some scratch-built parts and many hours to build the café.
