D&RGW Tackles the Snowy San Juan Mountains in On3
Tour Craig Brantley’s D&RGW – Spring Division, a freelanced branch line in On3. You’ll enjoy this Colorado layout based from the 1940s to 1950s. You’ll learn about the construction and operations of the layout and get to see the trains at work in the San Juan Mountains. The feature includes mostly narrow gauge trains.
Inspiration to Build Eye-Catching Bridges and Trestles
This feature explores bridges and trestles of many types on several different layouts. We hope you’ll get some ideas from these examples that will inspire you as you build your own layout. (The majority of the bridges and trestles in the feature are HO scale, but there is one S scale example included.)
Creating an Easy Holiday Scene
Use lampworked glass beads to represent inflatable holiday decorations. The sample scene is in HO.
