Come tour Kevin Wills’ large, multi-level N scale Sierra Foothills Railroad (SFRR) based in central California in the 1980s-1990s. You’ll enjoy seeing this fully-scenicked layout. It was built for operations and includes a custom-made CTC control panel. The feature includes an article about the design, construction, scenery, and operations of the SFRR, as well as an interview with Kevin at the layout.
