Please read this if you have had a problem resetting your password:

1. Click Get New Password.

2. Check your email and click on the link

3.1 The system will auto-generate a strong password. Highlight it and input a password that you can remember. Please do not use the auto-generated password, create one you can remember that has at least 8 digits.

3.2 Please update the password like this. Once finished click Reset Password

4. After clicking Reset Password you will see a confirmation and now you can login.
